Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not available to receive the delivery, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. Unfortunately we do not offer an "Authority to Leave" option. 

Australia

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9 (AUD) and all orders over $200 (AUD) receive complimentary shipping.

Most of customers receive their parcels within 7 business days, however please allow 4 weeks for delivery. If your delivery is urgently required, please e-mail us at: fashion@javad.com.au 

International

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 (AUD).

We ship to Austria, Canada, France, Icland , Ireland,  Italy, Japon, Nederlands, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, United state and Unted Arab Emirates. To check the updated list please e-mail us at: fashion@javad.com.au to check posibility of shipping.

Returns

At JAVAD, we pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our luxurious wearable. However, we understand that there may be times where you will need to return an item purchased from us online. This return policy applies to all purchases made online through the ‘JAVAD eBoutique’ (located at: www.javad.com.au).

All correspondence relating to items purchased must be directed to JAVAD eBoutique. Items purchased from a JAVAD stockist, must be returned to the stockist from where they were purchased and are not managed by JAVAD eBoutique.

If you decide to return your purchase, please e-mail us at: fashion@javad.com.au 

Please note that JAVAD eBoutique purchases must be returned within 7 days of the purchase having been received. Items must be returned via insured registered post, with a tracking number provided to us via e-mail, at the customer's expense. 

Full-Priced Items

Full-priced items purchased from the JAVAD eBoutique may be returned and then your choice  of a refund or JAVAD eBoutique credit will be issued, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.

Sale Items

‘Sale’ or ‘markdown’ items purchased from the JAVAD eBoutique may only be exchanged, provided that the item(s) meet the conditions for full-priced item returns.

Returns Conditions

The conditions of JAVAD eBoutique providing a refund or credit are that the proof of purchase is provided to JAVAD's satisfaction, in the form of the JAVAD transactional receipt or invoice; and the items are in their original condition, meaning that:

  • all tags are still intact;
  • the items are in their original packaging; and
  • the items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed
Non-Refundable Items
 
JAVAD eBoutique does not offer refunds on any scarf or handkerchief purchases. These items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
