“I believe this Mother's Day is an important time. Like myself, many of us have parents who live far away and the COVID-19 pandemic has made it impossible for us to be with them this Mother's Day. It is important to remind our loved ones how much we love them. For me, receiving a handwritten letter is always a sweet surprise! It is a personal gesture that is often forgotten these days. Maybe share a few lines about your new "normal"! If you decide to give a thoughtful gift, I strongly suggest that you consider buying from local and sustainable brands. This is a difficult time for everyone and especially the fashion industry. Many boutique fashion labels might not be here in six months if we don't continue to support them."
